How To Maximise Your PoE Orbs Collecting

Path of Exile, also known as POE, is an online action role-playing game developed by Grinding Gear Games in 2013. That said the game currency which is most popularly referred to as path of exile orbs is a prized possession. However, how to maximise your PoE orbs collecting? The following tips you should view seriously.

Path of Exile

Gear Up

You should to equip stronger gear at any time in any RPG; Bear in mind that boosting your orb drop rates. The caliber of gear you should be aiming for is the highest quality and rarity you can find. The higher rarity, the more you’ll be able to find. Because rarity positively influences drop rates.

IIQ and IIR

IIQ (Increased Item Quantity) and IIR (Increased Item Rarity) are modifications (or mods) you can find on certain items that will help you progress further along the line in your orb farming endeavours. If you’re looking for increased quantity, items such as Eber’s Key will grant you a 5% bonus to the amount of items you find in that area. Make the most of these mods to ensure that you get as many orbs as possible.

Boost Your Damage

The more mobs you can kill at once, the better chances you have of getting the poe items drop you’re after. Therefore you should concentrate on high-damage skills and area-of-effect (AOE) skills to maximise your damage output and ensure you get your kills. Be careful not to become overrun with too many mobs during this stage. If your Defense is not up to par, you will be knocked out and this will set you back in your farming journey.

Watch Your Level

There exists a currency penalty in all PoE zones based on your character’s level. If you have a level difference greater than 2 from the level of the area, you receive a penalty of 2.5% for every level after 2. You should take note that the penalty does not carry on in zones higher than level 66. In a level 72 character in a 60 zone will therefore only receive a 10% penalty, the same as a level 66 character.

Be Patient

It can be tempting to give up when farming orbs. However, in an ARPG that is completely randomly generated, sometimes you won’t always get what you need. Stay patient and take breaks when you need to; not everything is about the game.

Path of Exile is distributed in Free to Play and claims an ethical economic model (according to the developer, who holds a traditional speech, the content of the shop is purely cosmetic and should not impact the gameplay). Click here for more PoE orbs Sales.

Presented as a competitive role-playing game, Path of Exile places the player in the shoes of an exiled adventurer on the hostile and corrupt continent of Wraeclast. With other exiles, it will develop skills and discover many magical artifacts to try to survive in a universe (graphically realistic) mixing dark fantasy and post-apocalyptic fantasy world. The game boasts visceral fighting, “full of blood and gore”.

Path of Exile immerses the player in a persistent universe articulated around multiple missions in instantiated zones, generated randomly. If the open world (serving as social areas, for trade, for finding other adventurers, etc.) can accommodate a large number of players, the instances are designed for groups of four to eight adventurers in search of challenges. Path of Exile claims a gameplay both PvE (facing hordes of monsters), PvP or GvG.

The latest expansion of Path of Exile, War For The Atlas evolves the high level content of the hack & slash, including renewing the Atlas of the Worlds approach: from now on, the Atlas (which unlocked random maps to explore) makes the subject of a war between the Elder and the Shaper, and the player will have to choose his side.

Path of Exile: The Abyss Challenge League Coming on December 8, 2017!

The Abyss Challenge League

Released alongside Path of Exile’s seventh major expansion, War for the Atlas, the Abyss Challenge League augments both existing and new content with challenging encounters and new rewards. GM2V has been concerned about The Challenge leagues news. Challenge leagues have self-contained economies and provide an opportunity for you to enjoy a fresh start and chance to demonstrate your mastery of Path of Exile. As usual, there are Hardcore and Solo Self-Found variations of this league.

The Abyss

Before Solaris graced Wraeclast, a race of repulsive beings, fearful of light, populated the gloomy wastes. They were thought to be long dead, with few traces and no mentions in historical accounts. That is, until the earth itself was torn asunder.

For aeons, in the deepest, blackest reaches, they have festered and multiplied. Now, they’re clawing their way back to the surface in unprecedented numbers; a hateful swarm of hungering horrors hellbent on reclaiming Wraeclast. Push them back, or be swallowed by the abyss.

Horrors from Below

In the Abyss League, players will encounter cracks in the ground. Get too close, and these cracks widen and spread, allowing the terrible monsters to climb from their inky depths. Pursue these cracks, and you may discover a massive chasm from which dangerous packs of monsters emerge. Once you defeat these monsters, the Abyss continues to propagate, creating more chasms. Take too long, and the Abyss will seal shut, but if you’re quick and deadly enough, a chest filled with valuable rewards will emerge from below.

The Abyssal Depths

As players progress through the Abyss League, some pits may offer access to the Abyssal Depths below. These Abyssal Depths are packed with monstrous creatures and valuable rewards, and culminate in an exciting boss encounter.

Exploring the Abyssal Depths in high-level areas might result in an encounter with a Lich boss. These difficult boss fights are quite rare, but very rewarding. Defeating a Lich is the only way to earn an exclusive Abyss Unique item.

Abyss Jewels

Monsters and chests from the Abyss can drop Abyss Jewels. Like other Jewels, these can be placed in sockets in your passive tree to grant powerful bonuses. Unlike other Jewels, they have a set of exclusive new properties and can also be placed in Abyssal Sockets on your items! These sockets can be found on the new Abyss Uniques and a new base type of Abyss-socketed belt: the Stygian Vise.

Abyss Uniques

The Abyss League includes a set of exclusive new Unique items that you can earn by defeating the Lich bosses in the Abyssal Depths. These powerful items all interact with Abyss Jewels in unique ways, and all have at least one Abyss Jewel socket (though sometimes more). In addition, they each have their own unique 3d art which makes up a complete set when combined together.

Challenges and Rewards

The Abyss League includes a set of 40 new challenges. When you complete 12 challenges, you receive the Abyss Helmet skin. At 24, you receive the Abyss Wings. When you complete your 36th challenge, you receive the Abyss Portal effect. These microtransactions are exclusively available in the Abyss League.

From the 19th challenge onwards and for every third challenge after that, you receive pieces of an Abyss Totem Pole decoration to display in your hideout. The Totem Pole permanently showcases how many of the Abyss challenges you completed during this league.

Path of Exile: War for the Atlas and the Abyss Challenge League will be released at noon on Friday December 8th (PST). This is 9pm in the CET timezone and 9am on December 9th in New Zealand.  Xbox One release will be within a week of this time. Let us look forward to it!
